We are looking for an Aesthetic Injector to our team. Our ideal candidate is confident, creative, and passionate about delivering natural-looking results. While a background in wellness services (such as hormone therapy or medical weight loss) is a plus, it is not required for this role.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced injector with an artistic eye, a passion for patient education, and a collaborative spirit. In this role, you'll provide injectable treatments (including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRF/PRP, and other regenerative procedures), while also supporting our clinical team in day-to-day medical spa operations.

This position goes beyond injections—you'll play an integral part in supporting estheticians, performing good faith exams, mentoring team members, signing off on charts, and stepping in during rare adverse events.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality injectable treatments with a focus on safety, symmetry, and natural-looking results
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and create tailored aesthetic treatment plans
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and long-term planning
• Provide good faith exams and review/sign off on treatment documentation as needed
• Mentor estheticians and clinical staff on treatment options and protocols
• Assist in managing rare adverse reactions with professionalism and care
• Document patient care accurately in our EHR system
• Collaborate on in-house events, content creation, and occasional marketing efforts
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and uplifting clinic environment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or RN license in the state of Colorado
• Extensive experience with aesthetic injections (neurotoxins, fillers, PRF/PRP)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and a refined, artistic eye
• Passion for patient education and relationship-based care
• Confident working in a clinical leadership role under a Medical Director
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Experience or interest in integrative wellness or regenerative medicine
