As the practice continues to expand, we are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to play a key role in supporting client experience, operational efficiency, and practice growth. Core Responsibilities Client Relationship & Service
Schedule client review meetings and prospect appointments
Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding items and service needs
Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating documentation
Complete and process service forms (beneficiary changes, address updates, policy service requests, etc.)
Track paperwork and follow through until completion
Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
Practice Operations
Manage calendar coordination and meeting confirmations
Assist in preparation of client review materials
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Attend weekly in-person collaboration meetings
Support compliance-aligned documentation procedures
Marketing & Growth Support
Assist with LinkedIn content coordination and light social media support
Help plan and coordinate client appreciation events
Support referral tracking and follow-up processes
Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or client service roles (financial services experience preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems
High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred (Not Required):
Interest in obtaining insurance license within 6–12 months
Prior experience in financial services operations
