Mental Health First Aid is an interactive course that teaches people how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The curriculum includes a self-paced course, & a virtual live session led by MHFA instructors. You will receive communications about the self-paced work 2 weeks before the course start date.
To attend, you must:
• Complete a self-paced course prior to class.
• Have a valid email address to receive materials and log in.
• Attend both nights to receive certification.
