We specialize in the Greater Golden area. We have been honored twice by the City of Golden for our sustainability practices. As our motto says, we ''promote and model environmental responsibility.'' We provide free moving boxes, packing paper and bubble wrap to both buyers and sellers.
Our primary marketing consists of a weekly ''Real Estate Today'' column written by broker/owner Jim Smith, which is published every Thursday in the Denver Post, Denver Gazette and 24 metro area weekly newspapers, including the Golden Transcript. It is also posted online at http://RealEstateToday.substack.com.
