My name is Andrea and I am a nutrition health coach and massage therapist. I run a holistic health studio close to downtown Golden.
I received my certificate in health coaching from the Institiute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013 and became a licensed massage therapist in 2015 through Denver Integrative Massage School.
I work with client's nutrition and healthy eating habits to improve their relationship with food and relieve ailments such as IBS, insulin resistance, skin problems, fatigue and mild mood disorders.
There are many modalities of massage that I practice, the most popular being Swedish, deep tissue, sports and therapuetic, and Thai yoga massage. I work with cyclists and other athletes often.
I reside in Golden, CO with my daughter Jazzlyn and a cat named Apple.
 

I am the Office Manager for a Medical Claims Review Company, Equian. Equian is a health care information service company providing solutions throughout the United States that ensure each health care interaction is paid accurately.   We work on cost containment of medical bills saving money for our clients.  We recently outgrew our space in Lakewood, CO and are now part of the Golden community.  We have not expanded to the 2nd floor as well as the 3rd floor at 600 12th Street.  I began my career with Equian almost 5 years ago after 23 years in the Public School district.  When I began with Equian we only had 65 employee's in the Lakewood office.  Now our company in Golden employs 167 employees and continue to grow by the day.
