December: Special Topic - Police Update on Homelessness and Police Resources
For December's meeting, Golden Police Officer Annie Pike, along with Homeless Navigator, Bodhi Horton, and Golden Police Department's Co-Responder, Elizabeth Gallagher, will be doing a more in-depth discussion surrounding Golden's unhoused individuals within businesses and how the police department is responding. They will also share information on Chief Harvey's Special Order regarding this topic. The Special Order can be found HERE.

This monthly meeting will be on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 8 - 9 am, hosted by the Golden Hotel. Each month you will hear an update from City Council, DDA, City of Golden Police, and the Chamber, along with a business spotlight. What's Brewing Golden not only offers an opportunity to hear from the City and Chamber, but is a great way for our business community to connect to one another and support one another.
This meeting is open to all businesses within the Golden area but with a focus on small businesses and restaurants within the City limits of Golden. This meeting is provided as a service by the Golden Chamber of Commerce. Chamber membership is highly encouraged but is not required to attend. Guests are welcome.
