What's Brewing is a monthly meeting, held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 8 - 9 am. Each month you will hear an update from City Council, Downtown Development Authority (DDA/GURA), City of Golden Police, regional representatives and the Golden Chamber, along with a Business Spotlight. What's Brewing Golden not only offers an opportunity to hear from the City and Chamber, but is a great way for our business community to connect.
September's Spotlight Speaker: Bryan Martin, Outdoor Lab Foundation
Outdoor Lab is a Jefferson County rite of passage. For over 60 years, the program has provided week-long residential camp experiences in the mountains for approximately 5,000 Jeffco sixth-graders each year.
Founded in 1957, Outdoor Lab helps students build confidence and realize their leadership potential. Our camps provide a safe and supportive program for youth to develop teamwork, an increased sense of self, an understanding of their place in the world, a passion for lifelong learning, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
This meeting is open to all businesses within the Golden area with a focus on small businesses within the City limits of Golden. This meeting is provided as a service by the Golden Chamber of Commerce. Chamber membership is highly encouraged but is not required to attend. Guests are welcome.
