Join us the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for the Murph, a workout honoring Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have served.
What is Murph?
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run
(Partition reps as needed. Scaled options available for all levels.)
