Broker/Owner Jim Smith has invested in exterior updates on the parking lot and landscaping -- all new asphalt, retaining walls, and irrigated planting beds -- to go along with the sustainability improvements inside his building. The upgrades to the building include a 5.2 photovoltaic system, solatubes to eliminate the need for interior lighting on sunny days, and a one-of-a-kind cold air return for the roof-mounted furnace. These have reduced the electrical cost to almost nothing and the gas costs to under $50 per month! Jim invites everyone to come and check out these improvements as well as the exterior upgrades. He also invites you to bring your white, unprinted polystyrene to the "Styrofoam Corral" behind his building for recycling. Refreshments will be provided by Tequilas Mexican Family Restaurant for your enjoyment.
