Golden Real Estate was incorporated 10 years ago on July 7, 2007. The brokerage is having a 10th Anniversary Celebration in its South Golden Road parking lot on Friday, July 14th, 5 to 8:30 p.m. It is open to the public and will feature food and entertainment (Tequila’s Mexican Restaurant will provide the food, and a rock & roll band will be playing 3 sets).
Golden Real Estate has grown to 10 broker associates and sold $48 million worth of real estate last year. It was honored by the Realtor association for having the largest number of transactions (133) for its size in 2016. That was an metro-wide honor -- if limited to Jeffco brokerages, the brokerage would have ranked number one.
