The postpartum period - often called the “fourth trimester” - can bring emotional shifts, identity changes, and nervous system overwhelm. This supportive and educational workshop is designed for new moms navigating life after baby arrives.

Participants will:
• Understand common postpartum emotions
• Explore identity shifts in early motherhood
• Learn practical nervous system regulation tools
• Connect with other moms in a supportive space

Led by Hannah, MA, LPCC at Golden Counseling Center, this workshop provides education, practical strategies, and meaningful connection for mothers in the early postpartum stage.
