Colorado Secure Savings Program

• Businesses are required to provide employees with a way to save for retirement.
• All businesses with 5 or more employees are required to participate
• Private options are an alternative to the State-run savings program 

FAMLI – Family Medical Leave Insurance Program

• Required for all companies with at least 1 employee
• A new tax on employees and employers starting 1/1/23
• The FAMLI program will ensure all Colorado workers have access to paid leave
• Private plans are available to avoid the tax and State-run plan.
