We read conflicting real estate statistics in the newspaper and hear them on the radio.  What are we to believe?  In this mini-class, Jim Smith will explain the meaning of different statistics and their value vs. shortcomings.  He’ll also demonstrate, using live connection to the internet, how much these statistics can vary from locale to locale.  He’ll help  you understand how to evaluate the market in your community and will demonstrate by doing a live comparative market analysis (CMA) for one or more participants at the luncheon
