12:30 Keynote Address: Greg Totten Economist with the State Demography Office will speak about major demographic and economic trends in Colorado, Jefferson County, and the City of Golden. In particular, we will focus on the connection between demographics and the labor market; including how those demographics have historically benefitted the state, and also how changes in those demographics might prevent different challenges and opportunities in the future. Finally, he will touch on some housing trends in these areas and the impact that housing might have on both our demographic and economic forecasts.
