What: Keg Conditioning Outdoor Fitness Series at The Golden Mill When: 9 – 9:45 AM Dates: Sunday June 30, Sunday July 28, Sunday August 25, Sunday September 29 Cost: $12, includes a $7 drink at The Golden Mill Description: Join Unite Fitness and the Golden Mill for the last Sunday of each month from June to September for our Summer Outdoor Fitness Series! The all-levels 45-minute workouts are held outside the north entrance to the Golden Mill. You will use a variety of equipment including resistance bands, weighted balls, and empty kegs! Arrive from 830AM and check out awesome workout gear from Alyth Active! Try on, workout and if you love your gear then spin the wheel for a discount! Please arrive by 8:55 AM to start at 9AM.
