Fun for Kids & Adults - It's Time to get Ghoulish at the Jeffco Fairgrounds! The Halloween Costume Contest sponsored by the Jeffco Library Foundation will be held Saturday, October 30 at 2 pm at the WHALE of a USED BOOK SALE at the Jeffco Fairgrounds. Categories will be for children and adults. Special guest judges include County Commissioner Lesley Dahlkemper and Jeffco Schools teacher Nancy Perlmutter.
