THE CITY OF GOLDEN WILL NOT BE HAVING A FIREWORK DISPLAY DUE TO FIRE DANGER.
The Golden Lions Club is organizing and hosting the 4th of July community celebration in Lions Park again this year. This is one of the major ways for the Lions to give back to the Golden community and our country. Activities include music provided by three bands starting at 11:30am. The celebration is designed to be a day for families, friends and neighbors to get together at the beautiful park on 10th Street to picnic or purchase food and drink from American Legion Golden Post 21, five specialty food trucks, cold Coors and Golden City Brewery beer, Bonacquisti Wines (Denver's Urban Winery) and enjoy all the festivities.
