Join us for a tour of Martin Marietta's Spec Agg Quarry in Golden!
Chamber members will be given access to observe the operations of a granite surface mine. We will be going down into the active pit to view mining equipment in operation and visit the material processing plants, where they can see how large rock is processed into aggregate products that are used in construction materials.
Check-in will take place at the mine site office, where all visitors will receive MSHA site-specific training and be issued the required PPE.
