It is engineered to support you in interrupting old patterns of speaking, thinking, and acting that limit you in being an effective communicator and partner. It is also for the purpose of teaching you practical tools to reduce the conflict in your life, with your co-parent, your child, everyone you are in relationship with. In the course, you will learn about: * the damage that conflict between parents causes the children * the new "business relationship" that will help you co-parent most effectively * tools and techniques for understanding anger and reducing it * how perceptions differ, and how this can benefit you in your life * meditation and its many benefits * how important your own self-care is, and you will be encouraged to avail yourself of it * relevant social psychology concepts that affect you at a deep level; you will learn different responses to day-to-day situations that bring you more in alignment with your own values and integrity your great power and ability to affect the circumstances in your life * Trust: you will how making the decision to Trust will change your world, create better actions, and call the best out of you effective communication techniques to reduce conflict and anger * how to trust yourself as a parent. This will bring peace and stability into your life and the lives of your children. * how a "good enough" parent is just that, good enough! And since most parents are not abusive, they are good enough.
