The Hagerty display car for December is a 1967 SAAB Sonett II. It is one of only 230 semi-prototype examples of this 3-cylinder, two-stroke powered car, that were built worldwide in 1967. About half of these were shipped to US SAAB dealers, so there are probably only 50 or so left in the USA. This beautiful example is owned by Golden resident and member of the Golden Chamber of Commerce, Jim Beetham.
