Description
Many teens today are navigating overwhelming levels of stress, academic pressure, and social anxiety. This 4-week Teen Anxiety Support Group at Golden Counseling Center is designed specifically for teens and provides a therapist-led, peer-based space where they can talk openly, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation.
This group is for teens only; adults do not attend sessions.
Parents, educators, coaches, and community members are encouraged to refer teens who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or withdrawn. Participants will gain practical tools for managing stress, improving confidence, and navigating academic and social pressures in a supportive environment with peers their age.
