Money & Movement - Financially Fit Over 40

This free event is co-hosted by Financial Advisor Andie Kerkhoff and Physical Therapist Tara Loveland. It is an event that includes tips and tricks for how to make your money work for you and how to combat pain and stiffness from sitting at a desk all day. 

In the “Money” portion, Financial Advisor Andie Kerkhoff will focus on what it means to be financially fit in your 40's and beyond. As life and priorities shift, so should your financial strategy. We’ll cover key moves to help strengthen your financial foundation including simplifying retirement planning and managing debt to protect what you’ve worked hard for. You’ll leave with practical steps to build confidence and clarity around your money.

 

In the “Movement” portion, Physical Therapist Tara Loveland will break down how desk work and prolonged sitting contribute to common issues like low back and neck pain—and more importantly, what you can do about it. You’ll learn simple, effective mobility exercises you can start using right away to counteract the strain of sitting and keep your body moving well, even during the workday."
