Please join us for an Open House at our studio in Golden. Join us for small bites, beverages, and raffles and learn more about what we have to offer here at Center Strength Studios. While we specialize in private and intimate group pilates training, we also offer intimate TRX, Barre, Pilates Mat, as well as PT and Massage therapy services. Looking forward to seeing you!
