DESCRIPTION:Join us for hot coffee & hot topics around town!\n\n\n\nWhat's Brewing is a monthly meeting\, held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 8 - 9 am.  Each month you will hear an update from City Council\, Downtown Development Authority (DDA/GURA)\, City of Golden Police\, regional representatives and the Golden Chamber\, along with a Business Spotlight.  What's Brewing Golden not only offers an opportunity to hear from the City and Chamber\, but is a great way for our business community to connect.\n\n\n\nOctober's Spotlight Speaker: Jeff Shanahan\, Shanahan Development.  Jeff will be sharing about the two affordable housing projects planned in Golden -- at the Church of the Nazarene site and Calvary Flats.  You are invited to join us to learn more about these projects\, their long term goals as land trust sites and how affordable housing options can positively impact the workforce in Golden.\n\n\n\nThis meeting is open to all businesses within the Golden area with a focus on small businesses within the City limits of Golden.  This meeting is provided as a service by the Golden Chamber of Commerce.  Chamber membership is highly encouraged but is not required to attend. Guests are welcome.
