Volunteers are needed to help with entertainment\, food and beverages\, survivor ceremony and dinner\, luminaria ceremony\, registration and accounting\, and set-up. Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society's signature fundraising event and is the world's largest volunteer driven event. In 2009 our event raised $80\,322 earning us an award for first place in the Denver-Metro area for the event with the most growth in 2009! We were also given special recognition for having the largest youth involvement in the Denver-Metro area thanks to the participation of Chatfield and Columbine High Schools. We welcome all skills and ideas to our committee. There's a place for everyone! The planning committee meets the second Tuesday of every month at the Utility Notification Center of CO\, 16361 Table Mountain Parkway at 5:30 p.m. A light dinner and beverages are served.
