SUMMARY:PSPS Business Impact Check In Session
DESCRIPTION:Please join the Golden Chamber of Commerce\, with support from the City of Golden's Economic Development Department\, for a session to bring businesses together after the PSPS (Public Safety Power Shutoffs) that took place in December 2025. \n\n\n\nIn this session we will: \n\n Review data from the Chamber's recent Business Impact Survey\n Learn more about who makes shut off decisions\n Have opportunities to connect with other businesses on their experience and have conversation around how things could be better in the future. \n\nIn addition to this being an opportunity to connect businesses\, we have extended invitations to local government and key stakeholders in hopes that they can see the results of the impact survey and hear thoughtful ideas from the business community on ways to better the situation moving forward. \n\n\n\nPlease note: \n\n\n This session is intended to focus on the business impact\, not on the residential impact\n Any business in Golden is welcome to attend\n This is not a session for venting frustration\, but rather an opportunity to come together in collaboration and advocacy to create suggestions for improvement
