DESCRIPTION:The Golden Solar Homes Tour will be held on October 6\, 2012.  This talk is a great opportunity to get a sense of the event and learn more about the local solar market!\n\n	Bart Sheldrake and Whitney Painter will discuss notable features of homes featured on the tour.  Learn how Golden and other Colorado communities compare to other solar tours around the U.S. and what the future holds for solar tour events.  \n\n	 \n\n	Bart's background includes rocket testing\, electronics and custom bicycle frame-building.  He is certified by the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP)\, as well as the Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association (CoSEIA).
