She helps companies all over the Denver metro area create safe\, comfortable\, and compliant work environments. \n\n\n\nAmy Kingston - Colorado Division of Workforce Compensation \n\nAmy is the Manager of Claims and Insurance Programs for the Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation overseeing the claims management\, carrier practices\, special funds\, prehearings and settlement\, premium cost containment\, coverage enforcement\, self-insurance and customer service units.  In 2020\, she was awarded the Next Gen Award by the IAIABC for individuals under 40 making substantial impacts on workers' compensation and leading the industry into the future. Prior to working for the Division\, Amy was a respondent attorney for Senter Goldfard & Rice and a fellow for the City and County of Denver.  Prior to law school\, Amy was an HR manager for various companies and handled their workers' compensation claims.
