Using her expertise as an experience Massage Therapist with an established massage clinic right here in Golden  At Golden Bodyworker\; she has been working with young and old\, active and inactive\, the sick and injured\, helping restore normal function to their bodies!\n\n	 \n\n	Wendy would like to share her knowledge and years of experience with you!  She will be discussing how your muscles function\, explaining the basics of muscle action and reaction.  During this time she will be doing interactive demonstration of several massage techniques.\n\n	 \n\n	Be prepared to enjoy yourself!  Learn how to take care of your Body!!  Don't miss out on this fabulous session!  Bring your significant other\, a yoga or pilates mat and invest an hour and a half into yourself learning about YOUR BODY!
