DESCRIPTION:The top three winners of the 2013 Jefferson Symphony International Young Artists Competition will perform their selected piano concertos in recital. The evening performance will follow a full day of competition for 11 finalists. Finalists will compete for the top prize of a $5\,000 annuity and the opportunity to perform in concert with the Jefferson Symphony Orchestra at the February concert. Cash prizes will also be awarded to the top three finalists. Tickets for the evening recital can be purchased through the Arvada Center. The public is welcome to attend the competition throughout the day\, 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. for free.
