DESCRIPTION:CREATIVE EXPRESSION FOR TEENS\n\n	 \n\n	Create\, Express\, and Connect   Relax\, Laugh\, Be Your Self!\n\n	 \n\n	  Creatively express your Self with verbal and visual art\, sound\, music\, movement*.  A great way to connect with other teens\, let go of the school week\, connect with your heart and expression yourself in a creative\, fun environment!!\n\n	 \n\n	* Examples of creative self-expression include Vision Board ~ Healing Mandalas ~ Instrument Playing ~ Creative Journaling  ~  Poetry ~ Rap  ~ Movement & Dance ~ Imaginative Meditation ~ Chanting ~ Drawing/Painting\n\n	 \n\n	Dates: Second Friday of the month starting Jan. 13\, 4-5:30pm\n\n	Cost/Donation: $5 minimum suggested for materials (No one turned away)\n\n	 \n\n	Facilitators\n\n	  Judith Beshel -  Licensed clinical social worker\, Certified Addictions Counselor\, Certified Spiritual Director\, Reiki Master\, Oneness Blessing giver.\n\n	  Norma Reitsma\, CMT\, BFP\, TTT   Holistic Health Therapist\, working in the field of holistic health for 15 years.
