DESCRIPTION:The Community Development Meeting is designed to bring the business community together to discuss local economic development and learn more about the entities involved. Hosted by the Golden Chamber\,  regular guests that provide updates include the City of Golden's Economic Development Division\, the Golden Chamber\, NREL\, real estate\, and is open to all businesses to provide monthly updates. This monthly meeting is intended to be an informal meeting of the business community with a focus on local economic development. This group frequently has outside guest speakers or when circumstances allow\, they take "field trips" to area businesses. \n\n\n\nFor 2023 we will focus our discussions\, guest speakers\, and tours on "Talent Pipeline" and Workforce Development topics. \n\n\n\nThe Community Development Meeting is open to guests. Please consider joining us at our next meeting!\n\n\n\nWe meet every other month: \n\nFebruary - Tour of Warren Tech\n\nApril - Tour of Jefferson County Business & Workforce Center\n\nJune - Update Meeting at the Golden Visitors & Information Center (in lieu of tour or speaker)\n\nAugust - Stay Tuned!\n\nOctober - Stay Tuned!\n\nDecember - Stay Tuned!
