DESCRIPTION:Coffee Connections is an early hours business networking event. Come enjoy a cup of coffee and mingle with fellow Chamber members at this topic-based discussion group.  \n\n\n\nThe topic for March is "Multigenerational Workforces".\n\n\n\nWe live in  a unique world that currently has five generations in the workforce. This new dynamic can provide a lot of benefits as well as challenges. We will explore the multigenerational workforce and learn how to build upon each individuals strengths to growth and strength our organizations.\n\n\n\n Led by Melissa English\, Career Services and Experiential Learning Coordinator\, Red Rocks Community College. Melissa works with every generation of student helping them identify their career goals\, gain experience in their new field of interest\, and finding employment upon graduation.  Melissa has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Penn State University and a Master's degree from Walden University.  Melissa's master's thesis focused on looking at the multigenerational workforce.\n\n\n\nThis is a round-table format so please bring your questions and  your own experiences to share!
