DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join us for yummy BBQ fare and to see the clothesline project. Food and beverages will be by donation and proceeds go to the Golden Safe Home. Every year\, in recognition of Prevention of Violence Against Women week\, the Women's Centre & Victim Services display a local Clothesline Project\; a visual display that bears witness to the survivors as well as the victims of violence against women\, to help with the healing process\, and to educate\, document and raise society's awareness of the extent of the problem of violence against women.
