By providing a means of mass transportation and migration\, the thriving community of Five Points grew and developed as a result.  \n\n	The Colorado Railroad Museum is commemorating Black History Month in collaboration with the Blair Caldwell African American Research Library and the Black American West Museum for the event\, Black On Track: African American Connections and Stories.\n\n	The train departs every 30 minutes between 10:00am and 4:00pm.\n\n	Listen to storytellers share how the railroad touched the lives of the black community in the Denver area and see a photographic exhibit from the Blair Caldwell African American Research Library that will demonstrate this rich history. \n\n	The railroads carried African American musicians and their music across the nation. At this event\, Jazz and Blues music from artists like William Grant Still\, Sidney Bechet and Bix Beiderbecke will carry you back in time.\n\n	Cost is $5 for children (under 2 are free)\, $15 for adults\, $30 for families and $10 for seniors (over 60).
